Hi if this is a standard cdr output you need to configure the output to a data module that will connect to a digital port (type should be system port) port should be one from a digital line card. Wire this to your data module and you can output from the data module straight to a pc.

You can set the phantom abandon timer in CMS - you can change it using cmssvc then swsetup. The CMS database item is PHANTOMABNS which is no of ACD calls with a talk time < value of timer.
