Hi, I have a field in access which is in a report. It appears blank when print previewing, but prints fine? Also if I click on the design button and then click back on preview the field suddenly appears? Any ideas, as I am stumped!

Is there anyway I can automatically change the confirmaytion popup settings in access to stop them appearing all the time. I know how to do this manually but I would have to do this to each machine that uses the database and I was wondering if there is an alternative method?
