Adding a moving images (GIF) to a form 1

Is there a way to add a moving image (such as a gif) to a form? When I add it in it only shows the static image?
 
You'll need a copy of GIF89.DLL on each PC that runs your database. Google for the file and instructions on how to register it.

Alternatively you can just plonk on a web browser control ...
