    XTS - Conference parked calls

If it is possible, what would be the sequence to connect two outside parked calls in conference at a DSS? The manual just doesn't seem clear on this.

    Caller ID names not showing

We used to see caller ID names, now we only see the caller ID number. Does anyone know where I can find the setting for the system to pass along the caller name? I have the configuration software. Our CLEC insists they are sending the full caller ID information to us.

Inbox mail disappears after a few days

Sorry - the user has rearranged his e-mail and the 'missing' message has been moved so I can no longer test options until another incident occurs. Thank you for your assistance so far!

Inbox mail disappears after a few days

Hardwired workstation. Exchange client No Rule remotely related to the account in question No oddball filters The user did remark that the messages in question are ones that get marked 'For Follow up': although, I guarantee that because they are marked for followup is the only reason they...

Inbox mail disappears after a few days

MS Outlook 2k2 hitting MS Exchange 2003 server. I have a user whose e-mail goes missing from his inbox. He can 'search' for the e-mail and find it without a problem - in fact, when you look at the properties, the box gives the location as 'Inbox' but it is not there.. believe me, it's not...

    Reset object permissions

It appears I have one single user that is unable to view the entries in the public folders contact list. Standard message states - "You do not have permission.. Contact owner or network administrator..". The contacts were restored from tape back-up recently and it appears that the permissions...

    Exchange not delivering POP mail

Good Afternoon everyone. OK.. this should be easy enough to figure out.. but not for me, not right now. We use the Microsoft POP connector to DL e-mail from the external service provider. Internal e-mail is working fine. There are no logged errors from the POP3 connector in the event log...

    Exchange recovery help and advice

We have just finished restoring our main servers and data except for all of our exchange/outlook data.. calendars, inboxes - whatnot. Due to the timing of the crash, we would be missing approximately 10 hours of communications if restored from tape. - The contents of \exchsrvr\ are intact and...

    Read-Only setting stuck

BOFH - Yes - and double checked. Everyone = Full Control on these shares, both in Shares and Security. That Read-Only check box just won't uncheck. Is there a policy somewhere lording over this that I am missing? The E$ default share will not all share permission changes of course. The top...

    Read-Only setting stuck

No joy. The folder appears to be inheriting from the root of the drive (in this case E:) if that is the case. Changing the folder owner appears to not make a difference. Note - the previous 'owner' is at this stage a non-existant account that is being replaced with an admin. priv. account
