We used to see caller ID names, now we only see the caller ID number.
Does anyone know where I can find the setting for the system to pass along the caller name? I have the configuration software.
Our CLEC insists they are sending the full caller ID information to us.
Sorry - the user has rearranged his e-mail and the 'missing' message has been moved so I can no longer test options until another incident occurs.
Thank you for your assistance so far!

MS Outlook 2k2 hitting MS Exchange 2003 server.
I have a user whose e-mail goes missing from his inbox. He can 'search' for the e-mail and find it without a problem - in fact, when you look at the properties, the box gives the location as 'Inbox' but it is not there.. believe me, it's not...
It appears I have one single user that is unable to view the entries in the public folders contact list. Standard message states - "You do not have permission.. Contact owner or network administrator..".
The contacts were restored from tape back-up recently and it appears that the permissions...
Good Afternoon everyone.
OK.. this should be easy enough to figure out.. but not for me, not right now.
We use the Microsoft POP connector to DL e-mail from the external service provider.
Internal e-mail is working fine.
There are no logged errors from the POP3 connector in the event log...
We have just finished restoring our main servers and data except for all of our exchange/outlook data.. calendars, inboxes - whatnot. Due to the timing of the crash, we would be missing approximately 10 hours of communications if restored from tape.

Thanks for the assistance!

No joy. The folder appears to be inheriting from the root of the drive (in this case E:) if that is the case. Changing the folder owner appears to not make a difference. Note - the previous 'owner' is at this stage a non-existant account that is being replaced with an admin. priv. account
Good Morning -
After a reinstallation of the SERVER in a SBS W2K3 environment, all of our active shared folders have become "Read-only" and it won't change. Unchecking the box in any of the properties boxes results in the server apearing as though it is changing the setting on child objects...
I have three users who's calendars may not be viewed for weeks other than the current (unable to look at thier calendar and then look at the following week for example). All users appear to be configured exactly the same with the same permissions and allowances as everyone else. The error is...
Thanks Shack.. yes, I believe that is the problem there. I ran the routine against the list and was unsuccessful.. the secretaries will just be inconvienienced for awhile.
Any ideas why the ability to add the public contacts folder to the GAL is greyed out on some clients?
