The problem is that the whole office can not figure out the extension of the door.... we just know the port number.

I guess i am confused by your response... On her phone (see link below) the 6th button on the left most row of buttons is labeled door (she wrote it in so she wouldnt forget what it does) if you press the button you can hear what is happening outside and if you press 14 it activates the door...
