Before getting too deep into this - you want to record an internal call? (I'm assuming within your PBX and not to another PBX?).
If you're recording trunk side, if I'm not mistaken, it can't be done because of the point where you're tapping into the audio. Most trunk side solutions will tap...
I think 9885776408 is doing an agent and channel query. When you do both and display results together, the audio queried by the "Channel" tab always show with the hard drive (since it's querying the logger directly). The agent ID on those calls will be 0 because the logger itself doesn't store...
I agree with Toni269. As long as there's a physical cable where the audio goes through - either a trunk or a pair of wires, you should be able to record it.
NICE does offer a clustering solution (it's a brokerage in NY that has it). However, it's not what Davy247 is looking for. He said he has two different "switches" connecting to it (the Ericcson and a Genesys).
Is the Genesys running off the same Ericcson or is it off another switch...
We have a customer, who had their server hardened by default out of factory. It was done via an INF file.
Now, they want the hardening removed (not sure why), and I'm trying to figure out if there is a quick way of undoing the contents of the inf file, or will I need to go in and undo each...
You can retrieve a call from SC to any logger you want (you define it within Query). It's only if you want to play it back from Evaluator (either the client or the web)that you need to retrieve it back to the originating logger.
What error shows in Supervision? The red lights on the NATI board itself just means there's a channel error on the channels. There's one LED for each group of 8 channels.
Also, do you have any channels assigned for ROD in Resource Manager? Do you do voice & screen? Make sure enough resources are assigned for both if you are requesting voice and screen.
There should be a feature pack that is part of Web SP4a and above that supports the G729 compression. However, the Web Server has to be installed with support for 8.9 though.
XP isn't really supported on 8.7. 8.8 is the first version that supported Windows XP.
What version is the CLS on? I think there might be a value in the nc_general table that needs to be updated.
