Thanks I understan it this way( am I right?) For TDA seies, USB port will send tapi info.I must read data from USB port. I can do some change in my program for reading from usb port. But this info like?are they TEXT and raw ascii?or I must use TAPI commands to get info? Thank you

No,As you said I dont want visual indication. I want This info on PC RS232 port. I konw SMDR port does not send this info.But may be some a circut or Card can do it. may be I must design some think like DSS console just for knowing busy ext is it possible?

Hi all members I really need a way to get all busy extension on realt time on 308 boxes. I think it is impossible doing it by RS-232 port.but It is better I ask you too. is it possible to find all busy extensions (not co line) at real time even using cards or any hardwares? Thank and Best regards

Problem is this:caller ID data for calls that has more than 30 sec duration are not sent to SMDR port. I had this problem before.last time I changed the pbx eep IC with my own.but know I have this problem on another 308 box and I want to solve this.I have no chip.is it possible to reprgram IC...

Thanks ,I have downloaded KXT616 manual and I found the wiring but its is 25 to 25 pin and FG -> FG TXD -> Rxd Rxd -> Txd CTS,DSR -> DTR SG -> SG DTR -> CTS,DSR,DCD THEN no need 4->7 connecting I will tell my coustumer to remove this and test again. thanks again for your attention and repiles.

It is not my PBX ,It is for one of my cousumers and he lives in another city,we have more than 1000Km distance and he has not manual. Just if you can give me pinouts It will be very very useful for me
