I need some help. I have been asked to go to a customer site and complete some MAC requests on a Opt.81. I have never worked on one before. Are the add,move etc. commands the same as a Opt.11c ?
Our outbpund transfer does include an 8 (81xxx-xxx-xxxx)which is for LD dialing.All other users are not having the problem so I don't think it would be a Telco problem.

Thanks to all that helped. It was a system message and had nothing to do with the voice menu defenition greeting. I have since removed the admin capbility from the switchboard mailbox. THANKS AGAIN
