In a report invoice, how do I make a label in the header called "Credit Note" visible or invisible depending on the total of the invoice, minus amount make visible, and plus amount invisible.

Thanks Tony As it is on my c drive I suppose I will be OK as i back up the whole of the c drive on Maxtor back up system, so if after reconfiguring my computer, i re load the c drive files, the outlook express will auto find the address book, would this be the case? Regards Dave

Yes I try that,but it only saves it as a comma delimited list, and does not as far as I can see save teh groups

HOw do I save my address book with all the groups and information etc, to a disc, so that when I reboot the computer I have it all available for the new outlook express

Thanks dhookom, I put a couple of dates in to try it, and it would not work, but it sure does now, thanks very much. You suggested that for the labels I use a criteria drop down list, that is ok I could do that, but how would I coop with a person who qualified for two or three criterias regards Dave

Hi dhookom I had another go at pasting the code in, and it all seemed to work Ok, I did not get an error message, but it did not show any records. I up dated to 0 because a null propogates through and expression, and you suggested a null value might be the problem. In dataview, the field with no date are blank and the fields with dates are aligned right
