Don't use partitions. They are useless these days. C and D are on the same hard drive, and I would like to strangle Dell for selling servers with small partition sizes.
If you go to the system properties and look at the pagefile, it will recommend a setting for you. You can always bump it...
If you have a static IP assigned to you, it depends on how they authentiucate the DSL modem for you. Sometimes (Bellsouth) they want to do a PPPoE to authenticate, and pass along the static IP to the router.
Other companies like a T1 service, Windstream adn Alltel require you to put the static...
Step 1 - download the new driver from HP
Step 2 - Go into the server's "services" in the admin tools. Stop and re-start the spooler process, that should unlock the print process. It's easier than rebooting.
Step 3 - That should have deleted the printer - add the new one.
Why not put the database in it's own shared folder, granting him access to that one shared folder (or drive) that way you can deny him access to the others through security, and allow him full to that drive?
It may be trying to save the terminal service profile to the hard drive. Some simple things you can do - (beside disk quota) is to clean up the profile on the server, clean up the temp files, defrag the server, etc...
You can also check if a LOCAL logon to the terminal server has the same...
OK - I'm a newbie at this, and just printed out the 294 page manual for the phone system, and am confident I can learn some of the programing. Is there a quick tutorial on-line or a feature code for the sets to rename the phone? Thanks!
Linksys makes a wireless web cam with some custom software, 3 different size settings, and 5 different quality images. You can password protect it, all that jazz. I don't think there is a way to embed the image into a web page, but it's nice and easy.
