Your client disks should have the free InstallShield Tuner for Lotus notes program on them. You just have to explore the disk to find it. This program will help you create an MSI.

I think that would work for you. That would actually create a new MSI that would have the options you want preset.

You can't use ACU for ZEN Agent, only client upgrades, and yes, ACU works perfectly for that. I am assuming you are talking about the Zen Agent. Just setup regular app object. I havent had any issues installing the new version over the old one.
