Is there a way of copying user settings, such as button programming, from one user to another? I know you can use the wizard when initially setting it up, but adding several users later on can be time consuming.

OK, I figured it out. My system was set up in key mode. I tested it and understand now. Thanks for all the help. Line 1 was having problems with the carrier. All fixed now. Someone set it up like this about 8 years ago (according to them). I'm not messing with it.

I am trying to test the *03 on my test legend, but I get error tones when I hit *03. What has to be activated for this to work?

What's with the 7-digit number between the *03 and the 01?

I understand, but I don't know what *03 does. *33 is Remote Call Forwarding, but I can't find *03 anywhere. Since I can't ask whoever programmed this, I'm just trying to understand why they did it this way.
