    Hmmm, I know this may sound stupid, but when I look under services (local) for those 3 services, I don't see any of them. The closest I have for any is ICP/IP helper, and that's already started. I don't see afd (whatever that means) or NetBT. I'm starting to think the fact that I can't find...

    I'm having the same problem, and under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp , I have Tcpip afd NetBT In that order. I'm totally lost as to what else I should do. As for the image from stduc, I have all the same dependencies.
