    yes. I first built the codes in the system LD88. it used to work before then suddenly the error started poping up.

    When I try to asign auth codes to names in OTM, I click on details to open assets is pops up an error box (MDRCOM and inside the box it says INVOKE()9. what could be the problem. note: other functions of the OTM are working.

    I have 6 sets that I need to ring at the same time when one DN is called. but this should not keep the other DNs busy when one is answered. 4 are 3904 and 2 are analogue (500).

    I have a set of analogue trunk lines that go into lcko mode on there own. when this happens, you can not use these lines unless you DISC and ENLC the cards were these lines are. What couldbe a permanent solution. <<PLESES SOS>>

    Now this is confusing, if all the default passwords are 0000, is there any other user ID other than LOGI admin2? I have tried LOGI p/w 0000 nothing works.

    I have a set 3904 with key 0 scr 800, key 1 pvr 7110 key 2 pvr 7113. whem I forward my calls to another extension, only the DN on key 0 is forwarded the private lines still rings on the same set

    I have an otion 11c but cant not log in. the customer changed the passwords. how can I retrieve the passwords
