If you are adding it to a switch stack then you really should wipe it's config completly (wr erase / erase start). It will then join the stack as a stack member and take the config from the master.

I don't understand what you have a public /26 but you are just NATing traffic to the outside /30 address! What you need there is a firewall which would handle all your NAT, *or*, put the public /26 on a loopback interface and then just have the internal range on your Fa0/1 interface, NATing your...
From a clinet PC can you dig or nslookup any DNS server? When you do, do you see NAT translations on the router? Have you tried logging any drops on the acls?

You would need to manually change the DNS settings so that hostnames map to address space on your other ISP.

There is nothing "wrong" with the routing here. Your ISP is correctly routing the traffic to the correct network, in this case BT.
The issue is on the BT network.

If you are on a remote network and not even physically connected to that router, how exactly were you planning to do it over a console cable? If you are close enough to attach a console cable, then you are close enough to patch lead into the ethernet port and do it properly.
