Problems with RRAS
I am running a Windows 2000 Advanced Server. When I start the RRAS service I loose all network connection from the server. Stopping RRAS restores normal operation. Any ideas?- chainhome

HP 820 nozzle clean problem
Thanks Michael, I have checked service station with printer cover removed and it rotates fine. The problem seems to happen after the first bit of the cleaning test page has printed, not during the actual head cleaning. It prints the grid and the diagonal line of the test page and then stops dead...- chainhome
