Running 6.61b834sp2a on NT4.0 sp6a -- I run dbmgr.exe, and attempt to run any of the utilities, and experience an 'incorrect dictionary -21' error. How can I get my database checked and repaired? I have backups that don't run, tapes that format names but no serial numbers, etc. -- someone...
Ok, how do I tell what mailbox is assigned to what extension? I deleted the mailbox and went to re-initialize it, but when it asked me for the extension, it told me it was already assigned.....help, thanks!
We have a user who's voicemail box is locked. I went into the system to reset the password to the mailbox, but that did not do it.
I checked and verified the name of the mailbox by calling myself from that extension and leaving a message. What I'm thinking is, maybe this is not the name of...
Update: I have replaced the tape drive with a brand new one, and it still does not work! It will run the server backup fine (slots 5-7), but it will still not run the desktop backup job, saying it can't find the tapes (error 3537) -- yet the tapes are in there!
Anyone help please!!
Also, in the Activity Log before the job is supposed to run, I guess while it's looking for the tapes it says:
Media is not in scratch set DESKTOPS_DLY.
When I check the scratch set, the tapes are in there.
Help!!!
I'm recieving the "E3537: Failed to connect to media <media name> EC=27" error on one of my Windows NT servers running AS 6.61 SP2a build 834.
There are two jobs that run on this instance of Arcserve, a server and a desktop job. The server job runs fine, daily, weekly, monthly, etc...
