Ahh, yea she doesn't want the phone to ring at her desk but be able to pick it up hands free if no one else is available.

It doesn't work. When you press the handsfree button as the phones ring, it just picks up a free line ready to dial out.

Honestly, I'm not sure what you mean by being more specific?? For hands free the phone is programmed as Auto.

Sadly, that's not for me to decide.

I have a manager who likes to just press a button when the phone rings without picking up the hand set, but I'm not sure how to do that or what the function would be.

Hi, so I did exactly as you said, but now the button programming is gone and those buttons are just showing up with the lines in question. I need to make sure that all the buttons are programmed and the one specific handset does not ring when the main line rings. Any help would be appreciated...

I haven't used the featuring in a while, and I don't remember how to remove the lines from the buttons. I'd appreciate any help.

Our phones are the 7000 digital phones series. Does that help? I'm pretty sure it's a configuration system. I can go into Terminals& Sets, programming etc, just don't remember where that option is exactly. Thank you.

I haven't used the programming in quite some time and forgot where to go to get to that option.

Hi, Was wondering if someone can help me feature a single phone? We have a bunch of phones and one of the employees doesn't want the main calls ringing on their phone but would like it to ring when their extrension is being dialed directly. Can someone help? TIA
