    When I do a Disp Alarms I get a boatload of old warnings that no longer are relevant. How do I clear them from the display?

    Currently they (the managers of the call center) change the variables by calling an extension from their phones. They want to do it from outside the system.

    How do I clear the buffer in the primary CSDR link? The link is down and the buffer is full.

    Do Not Disturb doesn't work

    The cov path is set to have DND and SAC sent to cover. SAC goes fine but DND gets a waveoff internally and a Verizon message externally. Is there a place to program what the DND does?

    The customer wants to be able to move to a coverage path status during a call. Send All is not available when on a call. What doess Do Not Disturb do if it doesn't send it to the coverage path?

    We have an 8730 with CM6. When I add a Do Not Disturb button to a phone it doesn't work. I get a wave-off internally and expernally i get a Verizon message.
