We have an 8730 with CM6. When I add a Do Not Disturb button to a phone it doesn't work. I get a wave-off internally and expernally i get a Verizon message.

CM software version?
How are you programming this?
feature-access-code, button on phone?
What type restriction are you activating?
What response are you looking for?

I am programming it onto a phone. I assume it should go to the cov path of that phone.

Try using 'Send All Calls' (send-calls) instead.

The customer wants to be able to move to a coverage path status during a call. Send All is not available when on a call. What doess Do Not Disturb do if it doesn't send it to the coverage path?

You can change the Coverage Path to 'Active'. If any of the line appearance are in-use the call will go to the next coverage point.

Kevin

The cov path is set to have DND and SAC sent to cover. SAC goes fine but DND gets a waveoff internally and a Verizon message externally. Is there a place to program what the DND does?
