Cheers Bill,
Ive read the stuff you linked. I must admit to being a tad disturbed at this point as it would appear that modern printer drivers are, for the want of a better description, shit! We are currently using Brother 5040 dual bin printers and i can assure you this is not an isolated...
bcastner,
How did I know you would answer the post!!! Do you ever sleep?
Thanks for the reply but i have that in my batch already. The failed jobs stay stuck in the spooler. Iam mapping to a share using net use by the way. When a problem occurs (ie: paper jam)the first job baulks the rest and...
We are bridging because access to the internet is through a third party 1603. However I configure the 805's I cant have access to the 1603's and too be honest Iam not that experienced. I did post here a few times for help but didnt really get any. If your interested in the problem i will mail...
routerman,

No the 10.0.0.2 is not good. Mind you i notice from your previous config that the dns server was originally 10.2.2.2 which has me a bit confused! Now i think one of your problems is that you are not removing entries from the config correctly. But you do appear to have a couple of configuration...
Can anyone give me a definitive explanation for bridging being faster than routing. As far as i am concerned this is the case but i have a client that has been told by British Telecom that to speed their x21 link up (1600's either end bridging) the routers should be switched from bridging to...
Cheers Guys,
Problem was I hadnt had too much time to cram. Graduated from the academy top of my class last year and stupidly thought that i would still be able to pass. Thing is the academy stuff is all standard dot decimal format so when i got to do the exam i didnt know what the CIDR format...
