I ran srop.msc on the workstation computers and they are getting the correct GPO settings ""Small business Server client computer". I can see the active directory settings set fine, but they dont seem to work, the wallpaper is not being set.

There are only the default SBS2003 GPO's like "Small Business Server Password Policy" there all very small security related. the "Small business Server client computer" is on top, and i have checked it as enforced. I was not aware of rsop.msc for XP. I ran it and it showed all the settings...
