At my job we use software called Tigerpaw CRM+. Everyone at the office has it installed on their computer and needs to access it throughout the day.
Last weekend, our "tigerpaw server" went down, so my boss decided to upgrade its parts, etc. The old "tigerpaw server" was also a secondary...

When we set up the network, we we did as much as we could without being connected to the internet, so that makes sense. When setting up DNS for the first time, we must have have no internet connection. So I should be fine correct?
Well the mailbox finally showed up in exchange after about 2 hours. To answer your comment, I did send the user an email right after i created it, but his mailbox still didnt show up in Exchange for 2 hours.
While trying to fix a problem i was having with DNS, i screwed up. You know how if you setup a forward lookup zone, you get two zones? One is named whatever your domain is and the other has a .root in it somewhere. Well I accidently deleted the .root one. Is there anyway I can recover that...
When I add a user into Active Directory and make the user a mailbox, the user's mailbox does not show up in System Manager. Normally AD tells exchange to create the mailbox, but that doesnt seem to be happening. Can anyone help?
Exchange 2003, and yes we're talking about ALL email, whether it be incoming or outgoing. And yes most email gets through, but like I said, some random emails, some SPAM and some legit, get stuck in the queue.
I haven't had to deal with DNS issues often so I don't know much about it yet, but here it goes. I've been having many email problems here, and I think it might have something to do with DNS, but I'm not sure. The Queue folder on our relay machine, that actually sends the emails, is always...
The emails are to our domain yes, the same one, but they are both inbound and outbound emails. A few here and there are legit, but most are SPAM. Is it possibly a problem with our DNS? I don't think I've setup reverse DNS, and I've heard that can cause some possible issues sending emails to...
I get quite a few of emails in the badmail folder but have a script deleting them every night so it doesnt build up. I also have a script restarting the SMTP service every 3 minutes because that will usually flush the queue folder temporarily, but then it will get another 25 or so emails in...
We have a relay server with GFI Mailessentials and MailSecurity running on it to scan for viruses and spam, then the email is past to our exchange server with exhange 2003 on it. Co-workers have been complaining that some of their emails will come back as "delayed" and I've also noticed that...
Thanks a lot, that worked. I want to do this because I'm having problems with the Queue. In the Queue there's always anywhere from 12-14 emails. If I restart the SMTP service, the emails get sent away to their destinations, and new email comes in. Now if I just leave the emails there and...
This is the error I got while using Ghost 8.0 coporate edition:
ERROR
encountered an NTFS volume with a Logfile that has not been flushed. (536)
NTFS Problem Detected. (1969)
I've looked everywhere online to find out how to resolve this, and can't find anything. Anyone got any clue?
