CS1000 op11c Transmit logs on switch or OTM Server

No connection problems are evident, apart from this issue everything appears to be working as it should. A reinstall of the OTM software was the suggested solution.

CS1000 op11c Transmit logs on switch or OTM Server

Thanks for the answers guys. As it turns out there is a fault in our OTM. The scheduler should show the transmit log, as Reusser points out and where i was originally looking, but ours shows for a millisecond and then disappears. Thanks again. Chris

CS1000 op11c Transmit logs on switch or OTM Server

GHTROUT- the other thread was most interesting. I have used the capture feature before in both the system terminal through OTM and hyperterminal. Using this doesn't include the transmits from OTM's list manager though. TTY logging sounds like something to try, but after reading the post i would...

CS1000 op11c Transmit logs on switch or OTM Server

Strange things appear to be happening with our hunt groups over the weekend. To take account of skeleton staff on the weekend we change the hunt groups for our service lines. These are scheduled using OTM server for saturday evening in readiness for Sunday. Something appears to have gone wrong...

    Phantoms

I have my own ideas on why phantoms are useful but im interested to hear other peoples take on them, or even the official line on why they should be used. Can anyone see the advantage in using efd, eht etc to forward to a phantom which forwards to a group hunt list (as my predecessor like to...

    I2050 softphone with Windows Dialer

Thanks for the response guys, i have now tried version 3.3 of the softphone and it appears to have improved the problem, though not completely eliminated it. It is certainly more reliable so I'll try rolling it out to a few more people and see how it goes. Thanks again Chris
