No connection problems are evident, apart from this issue everything appears to be working as it should. A reinstall of the OTM software was the suggested solution.

As it turns out there is a fault in our OTM. The scheduler should show the transmit log, as Reusser points out and where i was originally looking, but ours shows for a millisecond and then disappears.

I negelected to mention on the orignal post that this is on XP. Interesting you mention Windows Dialer 1.0, I may try that next time we have a problem, I have no doubt there will be a next time!
Thanks for the response guys, i have now tried version 3.3 of the softphone and it appears to have improved the problem, though not completely eliminated it. It is certainly more reliable so I'll try rolling it out to a few more people and see how it goes.
