    Vista printing issues

I have two pc's running Vista Home Premium, sharing a printer that's attached to Computer A. However, everytime I reboot Computer A, Computer B can no longer print. The printer still appears in the printer list, and the job spools, but it just hangs. The only way I can get printing to work...

    Alarm light

Anyone know if there are any products out there than can interpret alarms from a Nortel and use it to light up an alarm light? I know an SEB can be used for monitoring and notify via email, but I'm just looking just to light a simple lamp.

    SEB - light alarm lamp?

Was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible for an SEB to light up an alarm light if there's an error condition on the PBX? We have a call center where we don't have a technical resource, so want to see if that when there's an alarm on the PBX, it can light an alarm light in the call center...

    Brand new to the Ericsson

I'm a telecom manager who's background is in Nortel/Cisco/Avaya and recently took on a position managing a very large Ericsson system. Consequently, my knowledge of this system is pretty much nil. Was wondering if there are any good websites and other resources (other then Aastra's website)...

how does using copy/move command corrupt data in non acd sets?

I have always operated under the assumption that mov or cpy is OK for non-ACD sets, and that ACD sets must always be outed and rebuilt. Also, IMHO, I would think that since moving ACD sets can cause problems, Nortel should make the command not work for an ACD set.

    Problems querying converted date

I'm trying to query and do datediff math on dates in a table that are presented as dd mmm yyyy (05 May 2008). I've used date value to convert this to a normal date, i.e., DateValue([Open Date]). However, when I try to query on the converted field no matter what date or date range I enter, I...

    Traffic to Fiber Remote

We've got a fiber remote (3 shelves) hanging off of our Nortel 81C, that we're looking to possibly replace with a Cisco CM. Was wondering - will the traffic reports be able to show me how much internal traffic is generated between the host and the remote?
