We've dealt extensively with this issue. If you would like to email me at:
brigetta.brannon@state.co.us
We have documented this, and are still re-doing some servers before they crash.
I can send you the documentation that we are using to assist you.

We just fixed the same issue, but we have a large number of domains. There is some grafting involved. We've worked extensively with Novell on this.
If you would email me at brigetta.brannon@state.co.us, I will forward the email to you.
If the printer was originally a "controlled access printer" and then got deleted, the ndps manager retains it in it's list, but shows it as a public access printer. Has this happened? When this is the case, the printer isn't actually there. You would need to remove it from the...
Just to let you know, we've been having a lot of file corruption after applying SP3. Novell is working on a compression fix, but it's still in process. Just be careful, I would say that if you don't really need SP3 yet, stay with SP2 for a bit. There's already an NSS3a update for SP3.!!!!!

You can use Intellisync for the GroupWise end, however, some versions of ActiveSync will cause GroupWise to be duplicated into Outlook (whether you use Exchange or not) and then sync from there. Best bet is getting the newest version of Intellisync from Pumatech. It's got more features that...
This is a printer driver issue. Especially if you're using Windows2000. Try downloading the drivers from the manufacturer instead of using the drivers supplied by the operating system. This same thing will sometimes cause large banners to print across the pages, too.
