    Totally crashes needs reboot to recover. Just tried a Gainward gf3 550 and similar problems occur though not identical. Screen doesn't blank.

    Hi, I have system stability problems with my pc. I have a 1.33ghx Athlon on a Soyo KT-400 platinum mobo. It will not run at rated speed, it loses the video signal even when idle.     Cheers Smitee, I already have a black Pioneer 16x DVD and I can get hold of a 12x Sony cd/rw but was hoping for something faster. At least 16x but preferably in the 20's. Thanks anyway

    Hi can anyone help, I am looking for a BLACK ide cdrw drive. I have been able to find a 12x Sony drive but was wanting something faster. Some US shop sites list others like Teac, Yamaha and Plextor but I can't see these drives on there web sites. Thanks for your help!
