link to show up in 2nd frame won't scroll?
Ok I have two frames, one on top and one on the bottom. My nav bar is in the top and I want the links to appear in the bottom frame and be able to scroll when needed. So far I used the target to send the link to the bottom frame but I can't get the larger frame to scroll. Qhat am I missing here?- bluegirl920

I am building a personal website/gallery and have a q. I have 2 frames on my page. One at the top with the nav bar in it and the other is blank at the moment. I would like the links on the nav bar to appear in the bottom frame(which I got to work) and to scroll if they are large. I can't get the...- bluegirl920
