We do increase the cache time with some relief but it still times out ro become non responsive- BFJJ

We have users on the East Coast that access a server located in California. The open MS Word on the local client and access a document in California. The application doen't open the file or becomes non-response and locks up. We have adjusted the "cache time out" on the server in California...- BFJJ
