yeah this one was asking for email address for login and not username. I did a factory reset and it asked for username which I put extension # and password in and it worked. Now have a few errors on it but it is working. Thanks

yeah that wasn't correct setting, I found correct one under user-> telephony -> mult-line options->attention ring

I found it under user rights -> telephony -> supervisor settings -> cannot be intruded which was defaulted on which seems strange. Is there a way to make it announce the second call more than once? It beeps once and the second line starts blinking. Multiple announcements would be great. Thanks

Running ver 11.1 I have each phone with two appearances on them and they are set to immediate. If you are on a call and someone else calls in it goes to their voicemail after a ring and they get no notification on their phones of second call. Do not disturb is off also. This is on a PRI if...
