    Ah, thanks amriddle01. That makes (very obvious) sense, now. Looking back at the other cord now I don't know how I didn't see that it was an in-line powered phone line. Thanks for your, and everyone's, help!

    Yes it is what we programmed, and I did reprogram the rest of the buttons, but for some reason it does not recognize the add on. Even when I unplug and re-plug the add on, the buttons don't light up, as if it's not getting power or something. But it still works on the other line... Just strange...

    I've swapped out a 1408 to a 1416 in our office and changed the user rights in Manager to the 1416 add on rights, but it does not recognize the add on. Is there anything else I need to do for the system to recognize the 1416 and 1408 were swapped? They're both currently functioning as 1408's...

    Attempting to change my holdmusic.wav file again. When attempting to replace or delete the holdmusic.wav file in System SD > System > Primary, it comes up with an error (title of thread). I've read that I need to reformat the System SD card but I'm not sure what we have. We're on IP Office 500...
