Ah, thanks amriddle01. That makes (very obvious) sense, now. Looking back at the other cord now I don't know how I didn't see that it was an in-line powered phone line. Thanks for your, and everyone's, help!- banorwood

Changed 1408 to 1416, Add On not recognized
Yes it is what we programmed, and I did reprogram the rest of the buttons, but for some reason it does not recognize the add on. Even when I unplug and re-plug the add on, the buttons don't light up, as if it's not getting power or something. But it still works on the other line... Just strange...- banorwood

Changed 1408 to 1416, Add On not recognized
I've swapped out a 1408 to a 1416 in our office and changed the user rights in Manager to the 1416 add on rights, but it does not recognize the add on. Is there anything else I need to do for the system to recognize the 1416 and 1408 were swapped? They're both currently functioning as 1408's...- banorwood

HTTP request failed: 405 Method Not Allowed
Attempting to change my holdmusic.wav file again. When attempting to replace or delete the holdmusic.wav file in System SD > System > Primary, it comes up with an error (title of thread). I've read that I need to reformat the System SD card but I'm not sure what we have. We're on IP Office 500...- banorwood
