Thanks for the reply. Ill look further into the contact recorder to media manager. I see i can update the ip500v2 from the web manager aswell but as they are running ADI licenses i need to update these to PLDS and will be provided 2 new SD cards. Seems the old SD cards will need to be sent...- Andy_82

Hello Objective is to upgrade from R9.0 to R11 and change the licenses to PLDS Sites contain Site 1: R9.0 IP office server on Dell R210 and IPO 500 V2 unit Site 2: IPO 500 V2 unit IPO server is also running contact recorder so this will need to move to media manager.
