    No the ports will not turn the lights on it is a System issue.

    DUVOICE VM is connected to a 016T/R and it is an 4 port machine and no lights are going on. The VM is sending the correct codes and the customer is only getting studder dial tone.

    You need to assign your extension to T2 which is time of day coverage. So put in this command change time of day 2

    C-Lan Card Install

    C-LAN is basically your Network Interface from the Switch to what ever you are connecting to. It replaces the 8400 and 7400 Data Terminal Devices. The C-LAN needs a IP and Subnet to talk to what ever. From there it is up to you.
