Yes that has been suggested by the hosting company as well. I will do that. Another question...I usually back up the site by publishing it to my local pc. Recently it has started to hang about 5 minutes into the backup and won't proceed. Is there another good way to back it up? Gary

Yes it turned out to be a problem with the extensions due to the site containing more than 500 MB of files. Apparantly a sight with this many megabytes is tough for FP to load without corrupting the extensions. The host uninstalled and reinstalled the extensions and it seems to be working now...

Yes I think the original drive went out...but very suddenly. However Acronis' image verified fine. Basically at this point I just want to go to another software. G.
