This is a release 12.0.56 Bug, in virtual servers. I had to open a ticket to Avaya with the same problem. They set a lab and had the same problem. There is no fix for now and the next release, which comes out at the end of the monyh, is not guarantedd to fix it.

Hello, I have 50 4602 IP Phones connected to a S8700. These phones only have two call appearance buttons. When I get a second call during a conversation it goes straight to the Audix, and does not show up on the second call appearance button. Does anyone has any suggestions. Regards, Pedro
