when monitoring a vdn, using silent monitor, and the current call that is being monitored is transferred to another VDN. Will the monitor follow that call to the new VDN or go to the next call, in the original VDN?
On a Definity G3si V12, using a VDN/vector for RONA calls. Does the RONA call override an agent status. EX: agent on a direct agent call or another ACD call is sent a RONA call. Is this possible?

I recently had ISDN t-1s with ANI installed. I route the calls via VDN/vectors to hunt groups. How can I get the caller ID number to display on the 6416D+M after routing? Switch = Definity G3si v12. The name of the VDN/Vector displays now.

Thanks Phoneman2. I guess I was unclear. The initial agent logon, in our switch, puts the agent in default state. After they have taken a call, they go to ACW. I need to stop the calls to agents, when they are in the default state.
When an agent logs on to a Definity G3siV8 (with EAS), the switch puts the agent in default state. Can an ACD call be presented to that agent, before the agent goes AUTO-IN?
