Good info nullgod, we don't deal much with webpage graphics but if we do we'll consider PSP. I have noticed that the buttons created in CorelDraw are less than desired for the web. We also have Photoshop 6.0 that I could experiment with.

nullgod, what is so hard about creating a rastor image in CorelDraw. Create a vector, then export it as a jpg or gif, there's your rasterization. CorelDraw is excellent for creating Banners! Size your page exactly to the size you want your banner to be and start drawing or importing graphics...
