    My processor is constantly running at 25% or there abouts. Have shut down all unwanted apps throguh CTRL-ALT-DEl. Still the same. Is there a way in 98 to see what is using the CPU up like in NT? Always used to run at 0% when doing nothing. No apps are running and nothing in tool bar...
