I've been digging around trying to find a post with a similar issue and I can't seem to find one, so here's my issue:
People can leave/listen to voicemails just fine. Can dial into the voicemail system just fine. VM-to-email works great. But (people without VM-to-email) don't get an MWI on their desk phones or One-X softphone. And they never have a Message Waiting status in Status Station of anything other than blank. I tried the aut-msg-wt button; that never lights up either.
I should note we have 2 phones systems, that both pull from the same AAM servers. CM6 environment MWI works fine. Our new CM10 MWI is where the issues are happening.
I haven't heard of VMs working, but not the various notifications. To me this sounds like a setting that just needs to be tweaked or enabled, but I've dug through system features, the hunt group this runs through, various suggestions in online research, but nothing makes a difference.
