We will be installing eQuality Balance 6.5 within the next 6 weeks. We have 3 separate Call Center areas, located in one physical building with an Avaya CM1.3 PBX (with EAS). Does anyone have any words of wisdom or advice that they'd like to share as we prepare for this implementation?
