I have an XML file that uses a seperate DTD file. Both ar in the same folder on my hard drive. I can open the XML file in Internet Explorer fine.

I have translated the XML file to French and save it in the same folder with a different name. When I try to open the French XML file I get the following error message. Can anyone help?????:

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

For a document to be valid, you have to encode in UTF-8.

So: & becomes &

e accute becomes &eaccute;

etc etc
