For those of you using PSP7, here is a nice text effect which I worked out:

Black text on a white background, and add the coloured foil (artistic effects) with the following settings:

Blur: 7
Detail: 16
Angle: 44
Colour: Black

Works quite nicely if you do it right.

Forgot to say: you need to use this effect on large, preferably heavy text (e.g.: Arial Black, 36pt.)

May i add that you should add the text as "Floating"
