Help Personalising Authorware - "Welcome (First name)"

Im creating an eLearning package and i've edited the Login ShowMe tutorial in Authorware so "First name", "Last name", "User name" and "Password" are required.

When the user has logged in with the correct details, which are stored in an Access Database, id like it to say "Welcome (First name)"

Im sure this is quite easy to achieve but im new to Authorware so any help would be appreciated. :D
