If you press Menu on the phone itself, and then in the display there will be "HfAns" (hands free answer). If it has a triangle above it, it is turned on. to turn it off simply press the button under "HfAns" and the triangle will go away. I have a customer that this has happened to sporadically as well. I wonder if there is an issue with 64xx series sets and the IP office?
