DT 6408D+ automatic answer

sometimes a DT 6408D+ pick up automatically by the speakerphone.
not sistematically,only sometimes
is there a short code to reset this function ,oer simply is the phone broken?

If you press Menu on the phone itself, and then in the display there will be "HfAns" (hands free answer). If it has a triangle above it, it is turned on. to turn it off simply press the button under "HfAns" and the triangle will go away. I have a customer that this has happened to sporadically as well. I wonder if there is an issue with 64xx series sets and the IP office?
