Clicking external IE links

I am trying to iterate through the links in an existing IE document and once the desired link is found (Href value) then click the link. The IHTMLAnchorElement does not seem to have a method that allows me to 'Click' the link.

Dim openIEWindows As SHDocVw.ShellWindows
Dim LastIE As SHDocVw.InternetExplorer
Set openIEWindows = New ShellWindows
If openIEWindows.Count = 0 Then Exit Sub
Set LastIE = openIEWindows(openIEWindows.Count - 1)

LastIE.Navigate (sURL)

Dim TargetDoc As HTMLDocument
Set TargetDoc = LastIE.Document

Dim objLink As IHTMLAnchorElement ''FPHTMLAnchorElement
Dim objLinks As IHTMLElementCollection

Set objLinks = TargetDoc.links
Set objLink = objLinks.Item(1) 'Pick this one for now...
'How can I cause the link to be 'clicked'
