short code for out of service

Anyone know the short code to out a hunt group in out of service , i know it for night services but couldnt find one for "out of serivce"

RE: short code for out of service

I believe the "Hunt Group Enable/Disable" will acomplish what you're looking for.

RE: short code for out of service

There isn't a short code for this in the default configuration.

You need to add a new short code that uses the "Set Hunt Group Out of Service" feature.

The Hunt Group Enable/Disable will just take an individual group member in/out of group.

RE: short code for out of service

... Doh!  You're right.  Sorry about that.  The "Set Hung Out of Service" like Sizbut says is correct.
