Pickup Denied using F76

(OP)
A few months ago i installed a BCM400 (3.6) on DASS. Everything fine, but the customer now reports that they are trying to use the Directed Call Pickup feature.

When a call comes in on DID, any other extn that keys in the code followed by exten number is getting 'pickup Denied'

Their system utilised 67 M series phones from their old Norstar, and an additional 44 T series.

Is this something to do with the M series, as I have tested this on other systems (all with T series) and no problems.

unable to find any faultfinding docs in respect of this.

Thanks

Reg
